Terms of Service

Last updated: August 26, 2026

1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Resolve desktop client, website, or associated services (collectively, the “Software” or “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Software.

2. License Grant & Software Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable license or subscription fees, Resolve grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and execute the Software on compatible devices under your control.

You may not: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any binary components except where permitted by law; (b) distribute, sublicense, rent, or lease your license key to unauthorized third parties; or (c) use the Software for any unlawful purpose.

3. AI Model Integrations & Third-Party Services

Resolve facilitates connections to third-party artificial intelligence foundation models and API endpoints (such as Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, Bedrock, and OpenRouter). You acknowledge that:

  • AI outputs are generated algorithmically and may contain errors or omissions.
  • Your use of third-party API keys (Bring Your Own Key) is subject to the respective third-party provider's terms and policies.
  • Resolve does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party model routes or upstream API endpoints.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Certain features and model access tiers require a valid subscription or license purchase. All billing, renewals, and cancellations are managed through our authorized payment processors. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the end of the current billing cycle.

5. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

The Software is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Resolve shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Software.

6. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Software following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

7. Contact Information

If you have questions regarding these Terms, please contact us through the official support channels.
